Main duties of the job

This job as a Senior Care Assistant - Nights at Agincare Homes Holdings in Swanage offers a permanent role with a salary of £13.46 per hour. You'll be joining the Agincare family at Gainsborough Care Home, using your skills to make a real difference in residents lives. Your role will involve delivering and leading high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with personal care, and administering medication. Additional benefits include a refer-a-friend scheme, outstanding career development and fully funded training, a Blue Light discount package, and a company pension scheme. You must have a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK, Level 2 Health & Social Care (or be working towards Level 3), and be available 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends.

• Administer medication safely and accurately
• Contribute to and review care plans
• Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement
• Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed
