Main duties of the job
As a Home Manager within the Barchester family, you will be a leading face in the delivery of person-centred care to elderly and vulnerable people. We empower our home managers to be the best leaders they can be, providing them with a clear framework and the autonomy to manage their homes with additional support and infrastructure.
