Job summary
We are looking for a receptionist to join our friendly team. You will be responsible for ensuring an effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients and other visitors to the practice and will also undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice.
Main duties of the job
The post will be for 30 hours per week. The practice is open from 8.00am until 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, and the person will need to be flexible and available to work between these hours.
You will be well motivated and enjoy working in a busy environment. You will be helpful and approachable and have the ability to work well within a team.
Ideally the person will be an experienced medical receptionist but this is not essential as training will be given to the right candidate.

As well as providing an efficient and effective reception service to patients and other visitors to the practice you will also be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the smoot running of the practice.

About us
You will be joining a well established GP Practice comprising of 3 GP Partners, Community Pharmacist, Physicians Associate, Specialist Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistant supported by an administrative team and seven other receptionists.
