Main duties of the job

Job description

The Care Practitioner (Days) is responsible for delivering safe, effective and person-centred care to residents within the home. The postholder will support residents to maintain their wellbeing, independence and comfort whilst respecting their individual preferences and choices.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate will contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive living environment, ensuring residents are treated with dignity and respect at all times. The role requires a caring approach, excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality care in line with company values and standards.
