As a Care Practitioner, you will play an important role in promoting residents' wellbeing, independence and quality of life. Working alongside a caring and professional team, you will provide tailored support that enables residents to live with dignity, comfort and purpose while building positive relationships with residents and their families.

Main duties of the job

As a Care Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in ongoing training and development
  • Assisting residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities
  • Offering emotional support and companionship
  • Enabling residents to pursue hobbies and activities, emphasizing their unique interests and abilities
  • Maintaining the highest standards within the care environment
  • Collaborating with a flexible team to ensure residents' needs are consistently met

Job description

The Care Practitioner (Days) is responsible for providing safe, effective and compassionate care that supports residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing. The postholder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care while promoting dignity, independence and choice.

The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive environment, helping residents to achieve the best possible quality of life. The role requires excellent communication skills, a caring approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional care in line with company values, policies and procedures.
