Job summary
Kumar Family Practice is seeking to recruit a passionate and committed Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team for 4 sessions per week, working Thursdays and Fridays.
We are a well-established, forward-thinking training practice serving a diverse patient population of approximately 5,300 patients. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, patient-centred care within a collaborative and supportive learning environment, making this an excellent opportunity for both experienced GPs and those looking to develop their careers.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will provide high-quality primary care services as part of our friendly and supportive practice team. The role includes:
- Providing 12 patient consultations per clinic, with 15-minute appointment slots to support safe and effective patient care.
- Dedicated time for clinical administration and patient follow-up.
- A manageable workload with protected coffee breaks and lunch breaks.
- Undertaking a limited number of home visits where clinically required.
- Supporting the learning environment through supervision and teaching of medical students and GP trainees based at the practice.
- Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient-centred care.
