Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Salaried GP (48 sessions) who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and progressive environment. Main duties of the job

  • Provide high-quality, safe, and effective primary care services to patients, including face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations.
  • Manage a varied clinical caseload, including acute, chronic, and complex conditions, in line with best practice and current guidelines.
  • Undertake home visits as required.
  • Prescribe medications appropriately and in accordance with local and national guidance.
  • Maintain accurate, clear, and contemporaneous clinical records.
  • Participate in duty doctor/triage systems where required.
  • Deliver patient-centred care with a strong focus on continuity and personalised treatment.
  • Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met for both adults and children.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
  • Adhere to clinical governance frameworks and support a culture of safety and learning.

  • Contribute to practice meetings and wider team discussions.
