On-demand pay is another benefit. As a Home Carer, support involves assisting with daily routines, household tasks, personal care, meal preparation, providing companionship, and medication help. The Role of a Home Carer:

  • Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
  • Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
  • Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
  • Helping with medication

About you:Above all, were looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others.You dont need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

Youll bring:

  • A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
  • Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
  • A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
  • A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
  • A full UK driving licence required with access to your own car.
  • Flexibility to work alternating weekends
