Main duties of the job
As an advanced nurse practitioner, you will work autonomously within your scope of practice, providing assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of patients presenting with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. You will play a key role within our multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while contributing to the ongoing development of services.
The role offers a varied clinical workload, with opportunities to develop specialist interests and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

We are a well-established, semi-rural, dispensing and GP training practice, caring for approximately 16,500 patients. Our clinical team is led by 7 experienced GP partners, with partners always on-site to provide support, advice and collaborative working.
