Job summary

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Capital Projects & Mobilisation Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a key role supporting the successful delivery and mobilisation of business-critical capital projects, ranging from new service openings and acquisitions through to strategic operational initiatives. You'll work across multiple departments to coordinate activities, monitor progress, maintain project documentation, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. If you're a detail-oriented coordinator with strong organisational skills and a passion for project delivery, we'd love to hear from you. This is a remote role, with occasional travel to company sites as required.

Main duties of the job

Coordinate and monitor multiple capital and mobilisation projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved. Maintain project plans, trackers, dashboards and reporting documentation. Liaise with stakeholders across the business to ensure actions are completed within agreed timescales. Provide regular project updates and highlight risks, issues, delays or dependencies. Act as a central point of contact for project-related enquiries. Prepare, maintain and distribute project documentation, reports, action logs and meeting minutes. Support project meetings, including occasional attendance at company sites and client locations. Assist with gathering project requirements and coordinating mobilisation activities. Support procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and coordinating equipment, supplies and services required for projects. Ensure project records remain accurate, current and readily available to stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a project coordination, project administration or project support role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience maintaining project plans, reports and project documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate stakeholders and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting the mobilisation of operational projects, service launches or business change initiatives.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience using project management tools.
  • PRINCE2 qualification or working knowledge of PRINCE2 methodologies.
