Main duties of the job

As a Senior MRI Radiographer, you will: * Deliver a high-quality MRI service, producing diagnostic images to the highest standards. * Maintain a safe scanning environment through robust MRI screening and adherence to safety protocols. * Provide an outstanding patient experience, supporting and reassuring patients throughout their journey. * Work closely with Radiologists, Consultants and multidisciplinary teams to support excellent clinical outcomes. * Contribute to the ongoing development and optimisation of the MRI service. * Drive quality improvement initiatives and support service innovation. * Mentor and support junior radiographers and students. * Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

We're looking for a skilled and motivated radiographer with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and high-quality imaging. Whether you're an experienced MRI Radiographer looking for your next challenge or an ambitious Radiographer keen to develop your MRI career, we'd love to hear from you. For the right candidate, training and support can be provided to help build MRI expertise. You'll hold a BSc in Diagnostic Radiography (or equivalent) and be HCPC registered. Previous MRI experience and a postgraduate MRI qualification are desirable, along with a good understanding of MRI safety and best practice. Basic CT knowledge and experience are also advantageous. As a Senior MRI Radiographer, you will:
