Job summary
Hammersmith & Fulham Partnership has 32 GP partners and over 200 staff, running 5 large GMS practices all in the same locality in West London with a total list size of 71,000 patients.
We recently won a bid to take over a local APMS contract which will involve the transfer of 2 partners from North End Medical Centre. Our GP Fellowship programme prepares GPs for potential future partnership and also provides selected enhanced or specialized roles for experienced GPs who want to develop their career without becoming a full partner. We are recruiting 2 fellowship positions, based at North End, each of which must be at least 5 sessions per week.
