Main duties of the job
The Role Make Every Moment MatterAs a member of the Stonewood team, youll deliver truly individualised care, tailored to each persons unique needs. Our approach ensures you have the time, training and support to provide care with compassion, dignity and excellence.
You'll work closely with multidisciplinary professionals and families to support each individual's clinical and therapeutic goals. This includes direct working with:
- Mollii Suit therapy
- Hydrotherapy programmes
- Co-developing mobility and therapy programmes alongside therapists
- Sleep system management and positioning support
- Baclofen pump monitoring and observation
- Personalised, one-to-one care
- Remit to co-develop Therapy and rehabilitation support
- Supporting daily activities and independence
- Accompanying clients to appointments and activities
