You'll earn £12.76 per hour with additional benefits including Blue Light Card discounts, a company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. As a Bank Care Assistant, you'll provide personal care and support, administer and record medication, assist with daily living activities, and support activities and social engagement. You'll promote dignity, independence, and well-being, delivering person-centred care as part of a team. We provide training, and while previous care experience is preferred due to the night shifts, full training is available. This is a zero-hour contract role at Trafalgar Care Home in Weymouth.
