This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and dynamic team. Since North Devon District Hospital and the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital merged in 2022 we have been able to provide additional clinical support and leadership to grow our services in our Northern site. This has allowed us to expand our multi-disciplinary workforce and introduce new services such as our front door frailty team and frailty acute hospital at home.

We are particularly proud of this as it allows us to collaborate and share ideas across both sites. It also makes this an ideal post for candidates whatever stage they are in their Consultant career allowing for a high degree of autonomy, but with colleagues present and available if needed.

The Royal Devon is a Trust which encourages and supports innovation, diversity, digital development and research.
