The Governing Body wish to appoint two Teaching Assistants to join us in mid-October to work in the new Outdoor Schools facility at Penrhyn VC School.

10 hours per week term time only

 We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LSAs to support pupils to build confidence, develop life and social skills, and work towards feeling more confident in school setting.

The successful candidate will deliver small‑group and 1:1 interventions, create a calm and nurturing environment, and work closely with schools, families, and partners to support each young person’s journey.

Desirable:

• Strong skills in supporting children with anxiety or additional needs
• A flexible, calm, and empathetic approach
