Job summary

Assess patients' requirements, in relation to their goals. Plan, manage and review functional and psychological restoration for individuals and groups. Review care plans at timely intervals and communicate effectively with the patient's GP, advising on ongoing and flare up management plans agreed with the patient. Provide safe, effective and dignified care according to best practice and national guidelines. To provide advice and treatments to individual patients within best practice and national guidelines.

Main duties of the job

We at Cora Health are delighted to be growing our team of talented clinicians and are currently looking for a Clinical Specialist in Pain who is passionate about providing high-quality patient-centred care to join us as part of a large multidisciplinary team in our North West and South Yorkshire Pain Services. The North West and South Yorkshire Pain Services provides a tailored approach to the individual service user. The successful candidate will be required to work a combination of remote (home based) and face to face clinics. You will be joining a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, nurses and wellbeing practitioners who are committed and passionate about providing a biopsychosocial model of care to people with persistent pain.
