- Registered healthcare professional with a active and valid NMC UK Adult Pin
- Leadership experience within a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality assurance and patient safety
- Proven experience developing, coaching and supporting clinical teams
- Ability to travel across multiple regional sites
