Health Care Assistants - Full Time
Shift work: Days, Nights and Weekends
We're looking for compassionate, motivated Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our secure, adolescent and assessment and treatment wards at Brooklands Hospital in Solihull, a centre of excellence for learning disability and autism services.
As an HCA, you'll play a vital role in supporting people with a learning disability and Autistic people, helping them feel safe, valued and supported throughout their recovery. You'll build trusting relationships, promote independence and deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Working as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team, you'll support therapeutic interventions, meaningful daily activities, and help maintain a safe and secure environment.
We're looking for people who are passionate about reducing health inequalities, promoting inclusion and improving outcomes. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or caring for someone with a learning disability or autism, we'd love to hear from you.
