ABOUT THE ROLE As a Residential Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Main duties of the job

Applicants are expected to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care with prior experience in a residential care setting. Candidates should possess proven team leadership skills and the ability to make decisions that support the well-being of residents. The role offers opportunities for career development through ongoing training, where Senior Carer Assistants can eventually progress into roles such as Care Practitioners or pursue a nursing pathway.
