That's why we're looking for someone who understands how important it is to maintain great relationships while providing the high levels of service in a modern pathology laboratory. As a Biomedical Scientist at our hospital, you'll bring the relevant qualifications and laboratory experience in multidisciplinary biomedical science. You have a good working knowledge of different analytical equipment in a range of techniques. You're also a natural communicator and team player, and you share our idea of quality. As a Biomedical Scientist, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality pathology services
  • Complete your share of covering the out-of-hours on-call service
  • Perform biomedical diagnostic testing, interpretation, reporting and quality control
  • Keep records of specimens, results, reagents and consumables
  • Support the validation and assessment of new equipment and new diagnostic procedures

We provide a full range of medical and surgical specialities delivered in state-of-the-art clinical facilities, including orthopaedics, cosmetic surgery, spinal services, sports injury, ENT, gynaecology, urology, as well as a rapid access breast clinic.
