Job summary
Our team of Domestics keep our buildings clean and tidy and provide a great service to patients, visitors and staff. You could be cleaning a hospital ward, patient bedroom or office areas and corridors.Because we provide services to the NHS your work supports better patient care. It's important work and you will need to take pride in what you do and complete tasks to a high standard.Our Domestic Assistants are an essential part of the wider care team, working across different mental health wards and age groups, this is a rewarding role where your contribution helps create safe, clean and welcoming environments that supports recovery for our patients.

We have various shifts and working hours
Main duties of the job
Carrying out a range of cleaning tasks in areas such as offices and meeting rooms,public areas such as corridors, receptions and cafs,areas which patients use such as shared spaces on wards as well as bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets.Cleaning tasks can include things likedusting of walls, ceilings and curtain rails,dusting and polishing of furniture and paintwork,hoovering of carpets,mopping floors.
Being able to follow instructions and to follow a work schedule which sets out your tasks and carry out duties often without supervision
You will use equipment and cleaning products safely, adhering to all control of substances harmful to Health ( COSHH) rules and regulations
Complete paperwork such as quality checks and any other documentation that is required

Pay: Band A (£12.92 per hour)
We pay 25% enhancement, time and a quarter, on hours worked during a Saturday and Sunday.
