Are you an experienced psychological professional with a passion for education, learner support and workforce development?
We are pleased to be offering an exciting full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, within our Practice Education Team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. The successful candidate will join our established multi-disciplinary team, providing advice, training opportunities and support to staff, learners and supervisors across the organisation, with a particular focus on psychological professions.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will support the development, coordination and quality assurance of practice education for psychological professions across the Trust. They will act as a key contact for learners, supervisors and services, ensuring placements and learning opportunities are well supported, inclusive and aligned to professional and organisational requirements.
This exciting role will plan, coordinate and support psychological professions learner placements internally and externally, helping to ensure learners experience high-quality placements and are able to meet the required learning outcomes.
The role will develop placement capacity and learning pathways for psychological professions, working with services, education providers and professional leads to support a positive and consistent learner experience across adult and children's mental health services.
As part of placement expansion and workforce development plans, the post holder will support supervisors and practice educators within psychological professions, helping colleagues build confidence and capability in supporting learners.
As part of the Trust Practice Education Team, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team made up of nurses, allied health professionals and other professional leads. You will also link closely with psychological professions colleagues and senior leads, providing support, advice and coordination to strengthen practice education across the psychological professions workforce.
