Job summary
At JRB Healthcare, we believe that great patient care starts with looking after our team. We have created a practice where clinicians have the time, support and flexibility to enjoy being GPs, whilst delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
We are seeking a Salaried GP to join us on a permanent basis for 46 sessions per week. Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced GP, you'll become part of a friendly, collaborative team that values openness, innovation and mutual support.
Over recent years, our patient list has grown significantly, from approximately 3000 to over 8,000 patients, driven by local patient reallocation and our reputation for providing accessible, high-quality care. Rather than simply growing in size, we've invested in building a sustainable way of working that balances excellent clinical care with a genuine commitment to staff wellbeing and worklife balance.
You'll benefit from an approachable leadership team, excellent multidisciplinary support and the opportunity to develop your own clinical interests.
If you're looking for a practice where you'll be listened to, valued and supported to provide the kind of care you trained to deliver, we'd love to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
As one of our Salaried GPs, you will become an integral part of a supportive, forward-thinking clinical team, providing holistic, patient-centred care to our practice population. We value continuity wherever possible and encourage our GPs to build lasting relationships with patients while working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute beyond routine clinical sessions, whether that's developing a specialist interest, supporting quality improvement projects, teaching or mentoring.
Our experienced management and administrative teams are committed to ensuring GPs can focus on clinical care, with strong operational support and an approachable leadership team that listens and responds. Above all, we're looking for someone who shares our values of compassion, teamwork and continuous improvement, and who wants to work in an environment where both patients and staff are genuinely valued.
