Job summary

You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertake tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate the wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of our patients.

Main duties of the job

• Provide evidence-based CBT and integrative therapeutic interventions to adults with common and complex mental health presentations
• Deliver comprehensive assessments, formulate treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical records in line with service policies
• Manage a caseload effectively, including offering both short-term and longer term therapy, depending on client need
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to risk management, case reviews, and service development
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development to maintain high standards of practice

Part Time/ 22.5  Hours

We can provide world-class residential treatment for a range of mental health conditions, including treatment for depression, as well as drug and alcohol addiction treatment. The hospital also offers a comprehensive eating disorder service for adults, with inpatient, day care and outpatient support available. In addition, we provide outpatient treatment for young people as well as private CAMHS assessment options and private autism assessments for adults.
