You'll be working 22.5 hours a week as a PA to the Hospital Director, supporting various tasks such as diary and meeting management, report coordination, and presentation preparation. You'll also liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Essential responsibilities include effective diary coordination, information sharing, travel arrangements, presentation production, and occasional travel. Additional tasks involve processing expenses and performing general administrative tasks like filing and telephone inquiries. Proactivity, organization, and approachability are key in this role. To qualify, significant administration experience at executive or senior management level is required, and Board experience is advantageous.

Your Responsibilities:

  • General administrative tasks – post, filing, dealing with telephone enquiries
  • Provide holiday and absence cover for other PAs/EAs - There are no other PA's EA's here at the Woodmill.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have significant administration experience at executive and senior management level (Board experience would be an advantage)
  • Minute taking experience
  • Be highly organised with a friendly and professional approach
  • Anticipate and fulfill requests
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt writing style according to audience
  • Work positively and flexibly across a range of tasks simultaneously
  • Be computer literate
  • Have excellent diary and time management skills
  • Work independently and be a team player
  • Have a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Have a passion for supporting others, with a caring nature and resilience
