Main duties of the job

Join Elizabeth Court as a Support Worker where you can help build confidence, independence, and joy in the community. Ideal candidates are calm, patient, and willing to learn, value consistency, and preferably have previous support worker experience, although this is not essential. You will need at least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

Youll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

Youll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.

Your role:

  • Promote independence, safety, and wellbeing
