Job summary
We're looking for ODPs to join UHB to work in Theatres at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. As an ODP your role will be to work closely with the multi-professional theatre team to care for and support patients in anaesthetics, surgery and recovery during their surgical journey through the theatre department. Roles are available in Emergency, Renal, Burns and Hands theatres
Main duties of the job
We are looking for experienced ODPs but training and support can be given to newly qualified ODPs. It's important that you're a caring and kind ODP with a genuine desire to help and support patients during their treatment in theatre. You will also need to be flexible and available to work long days, days, weekends, on calls and nights. Some of these shifts will be depending on the individual theatres.
