The role requires current NMC registration and a strong understanding of up-to-date clinical practices. Experience in creating well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is vital, alongside a comprehension of regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
