You are a qualified clinician registered with the NMC, HCPC, or GPhC, with significant leadership and operational experience. This key leadership role combines clinical expertise with operational management. You will provide professional support and supervision to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safe, effective and compassionate care. You will contribute to service development, clinical governance, quality improvement and workforce development, helping to shape services that meet the needs of patients and communities.
