Job summary
<p>As a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist, you will join our <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">supportive community team based at Gravesham Community Hospital in Gravesend</span>. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within a forward thinking service, helping to shape and develop Speech and Language Therapy provision across North Kent. You will work as a joint Team <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">Lead alongside an experienced full time Band 7, providing clinical leadership while continuing to deliver high quality care to patients within the community. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">support patients with communication and swallowing difficulties to achieve greater independence and quality of life. Our service embraces innovation and flexibility.
