Main duties of the job

As a Bank Band 6 Specialist Nurse, you'll step into a rewarding role providing high-quality, trauma-informed care and support across our Community Mental Health Teams. You'll work with individuals experiencing complex mental health challenges, helping them achieve positive outcomes while contributing to the development of new ways of working.

What You'll Be Doingo Experience of working within an adult community Mental Health Service settingo Ability to hold a caseload of patientso Complete risk assessment and care planning documentationo Develop and deliver recovery focused careo Provide information and psycho education surrounding mental health conditions and medication.o Uphold legal frameworks which underpin service delivery.o Assess risks, the management of risks and effectiveness of interventions.o Monitoring and administration of medication , knowledge of medicines safety/ side effects etco Working autonomously and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
