Job summary
We are looking for a motivated Clinical Research Practitioner to support our growing Renal Research portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication, organisational, and patient-centred care skills who is interested in making a real difference through research.

Main duties of the job
As a Renal Clinical Research Practitioner, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of clinical trials by:
Identifying and approaching eligible patients for participation in research studies.
Coordinating participants' care throughout the research pathway while ensuring a positive patient experience.
Supporting the delivery of study visits in accordance with research protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
Working collaboratively with the wider research and renal teams to ensure studies are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual who:
Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Can prioritise workload and manage multiple studies simultaneously.
Demonstrates strong organisational, documentation, and time management skills.
Has an interest in clinical research and improving patient care through innovation and evidence-based practice.
