Job summary

The Systems Trainer will deliver Systems training courses within the agreed training schedules and to agreed lesson plan.

Assist in the evaluation of software after version upgrades and to action any documentation changes as appropriate or escalate if development is required.

Lead on Clinical Systems training issues and participate in any relevant meetings.

Administer and contribute to content of the Clinical Systems Training intranet site.

Assist with enquiries relating to Clinical Systems Training and liaise with the Line Manager as appropriate.

Assist in the promotion of the Clinical Systems to all Trust staff.

To provide a flexible approach to delivering training and supporting project rollout to meet the needs of a 24/7 organisation as required.

Provide support and assistance to other trainers during annual leave, sickness, training etc. to ensure the smooth delivery of training courses.

Occasional requirement to set up IT equipment such as PC, Monitors, keyboards and mouse and liaise with IT Helpdesk for the installation of software

Support the Information and Systems Trainers in the creation and publication of training manuals and help guides to Trust.
