Main duties of the job

This job is ideal for someone who is already an experienced Senior Care Assistant or a Care Assistant eager to progress in their career. The role includes working alongside care assistants to provide top-quality care to residents. Key responsibilities involve observing resident needs, contributing ideas for social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior colleagues. The job requires a caring nature with a personal approach, good communication skills, flexibility, and respect for everyone, treating others as one would expect to be treated.
