We have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join our Administration Team at HMP Rye Hill a category C Prison located in Willoughby, Rugby.

HMP Rye Hill is a busy male category C prison with a capacity for 1100 inmates.   Hours

18.75 hours per week  Monday - Friday

0800 - 1145 Salary

This position is part time, youll receive an annual salary up to £14,287 per annum (pro rata for 18.75 hours)

Main duties of the job

As an Administrator your responsibilities will vary. You will

  • Contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site.
  • Dealing with referrals
  • Arranging appointments
  • Reporting
  • General administration duties
  • Answering and directing telephone calls / emails.
  • Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning etc.
