Main duties of the job
As a Night Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, located in Guildford, you'll commit to supporting residents with outstanding care. Your empathetic nature and great communication skills will lead you to provide a compassionate living environment for each resident. In your day-to-day activities, you may assist residents with their meals, adhere to care plans, and ensure each individual has dedicated one-on-one time.
