We're looking for an experienced and motivated Admin Team Leader to lead our Lung Cancer Screening Administration Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team, ensuring an excellent service is delivered to both patients and stakeholders. Main duties of the job
- Lead and support the day-to-day operation of the Lung Cancer Screening Administration Team, ensuring a high-quality and efficient service.
- Coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Monitor KPIs, manage workloads and drive operational performance across the team.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key link between the team and senior management.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and support the implementation of process enhancements and change initiatives.
- Promote a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.

What we're looking for
- Previous leadership, supervisory or team management experience.
- Experience within an administration, customer service, healthcare or patient-focused environment.
- Strong people management skills, including coaching, performance management and employee development.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
