Job summary

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Admin Team Leader to lead our Lung Cancer Screening Administration Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team, ensuring an excellent service is delivered to both patients and stakeholders. What we're looking for

  • Previous leadership, supervisory or team management experience.
  • Experience within an administration, customer service, healthcare or patient-focused environment.
  • Strong people management skills, including coaching, performance management and employee development.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
