Nantwich Health Centre wishes to recruit a part-time GP to augment our friendly, supportive, well-organised and energetic primary care team, comprising of 6 GPs, 2 Practice Nurses, 1 HCA and 1 GP Assistant.
We have excellent purpose-built premises, offering multiple specialised, consultant-delivered services & diagnostics, in addition to the full complement of General Medical Services and Community Services, serving a list size of >8800 patients, in this pleasant Cheshire Market town. Main duties of the job
You will primarily be involved in delivering highly effective medical care to the local population. This will involve working as the Duty Doctor as well as routine sessions, telephone triage, and video consults. Home visits will be required when clinically necessary.
You will be an excellent communicator with a high level of interpersonal skills. You will also be a team player who is able to see the bigger picture.
You will work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract.
