Responsibilities include leading by example, monitoring standards through audits, and checking regulatory compliance. As a member of the team, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and possess a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. You must have experience in assisting residents with different health needs and managing safeguarding investigations. Other requirements include HR experience, knowledge of sales and marketing, budget management understanding, and supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship. You should be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care.
