Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Practice Manager to join Harlequin Surgery, a well-established and progressive GP practice.
We are seeking a motivated, approachable and innovative individual to provide strong leadership to our clinical and non-clinical teams and work closely with the GP Partners to support the continued development of the practice.
We welcome applicants from general practice, the wider NHS or other relevant management backgrounds. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, organisational and communication skills and be confident managing people, processes and change.
The role includes responsibility for HR and workforce management, finance, governance and CQC compliance, IT and digital systems, service development and day-to-day practice operations.
A competitive salary is available, negotiable depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
To manage and coordinate all aspects of practice functionality, motivating and managing staff, optimising efficiency and financial performance, ensuring the practice achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment.
Through innovative ways of working, lead the team in promoting confidentiality, health and safety, equality and diversity, quality, communication, collaborative working, service delivery, learning and development and ensure the practice complies with CQC regulations.
