You will ensure that the correct staff resource is always available through accurate staff rostering, prioritising resident care at all times which actively promotes continual improvement of standards in all areas. What we require from you:

• Experience of working within similar environment
• Housekeeper/Team leader experience required.
• A caring nature with ability to give everyone a personal approach.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice.
• Strong work ethic with solution-based approach to problem solving.
• Work well under pressure without negative impact to those around you.
• Warm, approachable, and engaging persona
• Respect everyone, treating others as you would expect to be treated.
