Main duties of the job

This role involves providing hands-on clinical and medical care, leading a team to create an inclusive environment for residents, and mentoring colleagues. Candidates must be registered nurses with an active PIN, a caring and personal approach, leadership skills, and the ability to adapt flexibly. About you

• Are a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions
• A caring nature to give everyone a personal approach
• Proven ability to lead by example, motivate a team and delegate effectively
• Have a coaching style leadership mentality to empower your colleagues
• Good communication and relationship building skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice
• Warm, approachable, and engaging personal
• Respect everyone, treating others as you would expect to be treated
