Job summary
To provide a comprehensive Front of House/Receptionadministrative service in the Education Centre.The post holder will work in a busy environment with frequentcommunications by telephone, e-mail and visitors. They willwork within set procedures. Guidance and advice are readilyavailable from members of the Integrated Education (Medical) team.
To prioritise the demands of this role and work to tighttimescales, whilst maintaining the required standards.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will have specific responsibilities for:Information Management? Responsible for the management of the room booking system, ensuring that allresources in the Education Centre are used to their maximum capacity and totrouble-shoot any problems with external provider. Designated 'super-user' forsystem with access to add and remove users.? Provide information for reports of room usage in the Education Centre throughcollating appropriate data from the room booking system used in the EducationCentre for use in reports for various forums and meetings on behalf of theDeputy Head of Medical Education & Knowledge Services, Assistant DirectorHR (Education) and Programme Leader as required.? Maintain and report metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) linked to Trustand National Governance processes and produce data and information forreports as requested.
