The receptionist plays a pivotal role in the experience of patients at our practice, helping them to access the right services and dealing with their queries face-to-face, online and by telephone. In this essential front-line role at the practice, receptionists help patients to access the right services, assist with keeping health records accurate and up to date, and ensure that appointment bookings are well managed. You will work as part of a small reception team, but you will also be part of a much bigger very friendly practice team.
