We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee key front-line and enforcement services within a broad portfolio of delivering meaningful outcomes for residents and communities.
Reporting to the Strategic Director –Culture and Environment, you will provide strategic leadership and overall operational responsibility for a broad range of services including Waste, Recycling and Transport, Environmental Health and Food Standards, Licensing, Corporate Health & Safety and Private Sector Housing.
This role requires significant senior management experience in a relevant field, with a proven ability to lead change and deliver results. You will be confident working with Elected Members and stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A relevant degree (or equivalent) and ongoing professional development are essential.
