Job summary

The Pharmacy department at Leeds Teaching Hospital is looking for a part time friendly, enthusiastic receptionist to join the Inpatient Pharmacy at St. James' University Hospital to work 3 days a week (the fixed hours for this role are 10:30am-8pm on Monday, Thursday and Friday, with 30 minute unpaid break). The role involves greeting patients, nurses, doctors and other hospital staff at our reception and answering the phone to deal with queries. We use a pharmacy prescription tracking system, so the successful candidate will print off orders and discharge prescriptions and book them into our tracking system. You will liaise with the wider pharmacy team and colleagues from across the Trust. There will be other housekeeping duties including some cleaning, filing and admin work as part of this role.
