Job Title: SEN Tribunals Coordinator Assistant (Part-time)

Grade: BR6

Salary Range: £27,262 - £29,900 FTE

Actual Salary (pro-rata): £16,357 - £17,940

Contract: Permanent/Part Time (21.6 hours per week)

Location: Civic Centre, Churchill Court

Working pattern: Flexible hours - Hybrid/2 days per week office attendance

We are looking for an organised, accurate and confident Coordinator Assistant to support our SEND Tribunals and Mediation Service.

The successful candidate will provide timely, confidential and high-quality administrative support across mediation and tribunal activity. You will help track cases, manage evidence, prepare documentation, maintain accurate records and support communication with families, representatives and professionals. You will also play a key role in helping the service meet statutory timescales and maintain secure, well organised information. Experience of working in a busy service environment where confidentiality, accuracy and statutory timescales are important would be particularly valuable. An understanding of Education, Health & Care Plans, SEND services and tribunal or mediation processes would be helpful, although a willingness to develop this knowledge quickly is also welcomed.
