The role

Multi skilled plumber - carrying out plumbing installations and repairs and maintenance to our housing stock across Redditch Borough.

Starting salary £32,061 per annum (Grade 6)

Key Requirements

carry out plumbing installations and repairs and maintenance to residential properties.

Install and repair piping, fixtures and appliances

Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues

Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times

work on various general maintenance tasks as required

Skills & experience

Relevant plumbing qualifications and certification.

Proven experience as a plumber with a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment

Good communication and customer service skills

Competency or qualified in additional trades such as tiling and carpentry etc.
