Care Assistant - Old Barn Close, Buckingham

£26,229 per annum | Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Make a real difference every day by joining our friendly team at 4 & 5 Old Barn Close, a welcoming home supporting up to five adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities. We create a supportive, respectful environment where people are encouraged to make choices, feel included, and live life their way.

No previous care experience is needed - we provide full training and ongoing support. What matters most is your compassion, positive attitude and commitment to working as part of a caring team.

What you will do:

Support with personal care, meals and daily routines

Take part in meaningful activities and community outings

Assist with appointments, shopping and household tasks

Build positive relationships and work closely with colleagues

Complete sleep-ins as part of your rota

About you:

Kind, patient and enthusiastic

Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification

Comfortable working shifts including weekends and bank holidays (variety of early and late shifts)

Enjoy working collaboratively and supporting others to thrive

Able to do sleep-ins (For sleep-ins you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £52.78).

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
